Creative Space Cambodia

The Mad Monkey was conceived to be one giant living art installation, we have four stories up to the top level and two massive staircases each with a ten foot by seven foot panel, 32 panels in all. 

As we are moving forward with contracting the artists for each of the panels, each panel has its own theme, its own identity and of course its own artist.  Artists come to us simply by chance, they either hear about our project through friends or online.  They can stay at The Mad Monkey for up to a month whilst they complete the commission free of charge.  We only have one resident artist at a time on the site, if you are interested email booking@ monkeyhospitalitygroup.com

Adoria Elias recently completed "Be mindful in your madness" at The Mad Monkey.  Adoria is an artist from Portland in the good ol US of A.  You can see more of her stunning work on her facebook page.

The massive cat has an inward and outward looking third eye, set on a background of the Golden Mean. The first of the works took four weeks to complete whilst Adoria was having fun and partying at The Mad Monkey! We love you Adoria - Come back soon!
